Meet The Founder: Olabisi Williams
JOW Care Group was founded by Olabisi Williams, an experienced care leader with over 14 years in adult social care. Her background spans governance, safeguarding, quality assurance, and operational leadership across a range of community‑focused services.
The company was created in honour of her late father, whose name and legacy inspired the birth of JOW Care Group. He dedicated his life to community work in Nigeria, supporting vulnerable people and uplifting those around him. His compassion, generosity, and commitment to service continue to guide the values and purpose of the organisation today.
Olabisi’s mission is to carry forward his legacy by delivering warm, reliable, person‑centred support that empowers individuals to live independently, safely, and with dignity.
